The sailboat features 2 comfortable cabins, a fully equipped galley kitchen, and a cockpit perfect for enjoying evenings as an open-air terrace on the water. Bathroom facilities are located at the harbour master's office, just a few metres along the pontoon — clean, well-maintained, and accessible at any hour. Shore power and water connections are included.
In the morning, you wake up to the sound of rigging and seagulls, with Mediterranean light streaming through the portholes. There's nothing quite like it: coffee in the cockpit overlooking the marina, sailboats heading out into the morning haze, the absolute calm before the harbour comes alive. And in the evening, the cockpit becomes your private terrace on the water — perfect for a sundowner in the sea breeze.
Leucate marina is 12 minutes by car from Le Barcarès. It's also one of the most renowned kitesurfing and wingfoil spots in the Mediterranean — the tramontane wind blows regularly, and the watersports spots are just a short cycle from the pontoon.
